Lebanon is the smallest of the three markets and the quickest to serve. The country is compact, the population is concentrated, and a parcel can cross most of it in a day. That geography changes the economics: fewer buyers, but a higher share of orders that actually land.

What the geography does to the numbers

Short distances mean fewer days between order and delivery, and fewer days means fewer opportunities for a buyer to change their mind. Compact markets tend to convert a higher share of confirmed orders than sprawling ones.

The trade-off is ceiling. Lebanon will not give you Iraq's volume. It is a market to run alongside another rather than as your only one.

Delivery zones

  • Beirut and Mount Lebanon — 1–2 days
  • North and South — Tripoli, Saida, Tyre: 2–3 days
  • Bekaa — Zahle, Baalbek: 2–3 days

Coverage runs nationwide with our own couriers. As in the other two markets, the confirmation call is what turns a typed address into a route.

Cash only, and what that means for pricing

Like Iraq and unlike Libya, there is no card or bank transfer option at the door. The full order value is handed over in cash.

Price and bundle with that constraint in view. Raising average order value is the right instinct, but there is a point past which a buyer simply will not have the amount on them.

The steps, in order

  1. Register and connect your store. A merchant account with no Lebanese company and no residency, connected directly via Shopify, WooCommerce, YouCan, Lightfunnels or Google Sheets.
  2. Get stock in. Local catalogue, sourcing within 24-48 hours, or ship your own goods.
  3. Price for a cash market. No card at the door in Lebanon. Raise average order value with bundles rather than by raising the unit price.
  4. Shoot the ad honestly. The leading doorstep return cause is the product not matching the ad.
  5. Let confirmation work, and reconcile weekly. A call before dispatch, three delivery attempts a day across three days, and a transfer at the end of each week.
