How is my advance limit calculated? +
Your limit is based on your average monthly confirmed COD sales, delivery rate, and platform tenure. Typically, you can access up to 1.5× your average monthly sales volume. Limits are reviewed and can increase every 90 days.
Do I need a credit check or bank statement? +
No. We assess eligibility entirely based on your COD Partner performance data. No credit bureau checks, no bank statements, and no personal guarantees are required.
How does repayment work exactly? +
A small fixed percentage (typically 5–8%) is deducted automatically from each COD settlement before the remainder is remitted to you. If sales are slow, repayment slows too — you never miss a payment.
Can I use the advance for any supplier? +
You can use it with any supplier we have verified through our sourcing network — including factories in China, Turkey and UAE, as well as local MENA distributors. New supplier approvals take 2–3 business days.
What happens if I want to repay early? +
Early repayment is always welcome — there are no prepayment penalties. Early payoff also positively impacts your eligibility score for future advances and higher limits.
Can I have multiple advances running at the same time? +
Growth and Scale tier sellers can run 2 or more concurrent advances. Starter tier is limited to one active advance at a time to ensure manageable repayment from your current sales volume.
