How does MDM Express work? +
MDM Express manages the operational side of COD e-commerce: sourcing, warehousing, order confirmation, follow-up, delivery, cash collection, and reporting. You focus on products and ads — MDM handles the backend operation behind every order.
How long does setup take? +
From signup to your first live order typically takes 48 hours. Store connection is instant; onboarding for sourcing and warehousing takes 1–2 business days depending on your product category.
Do I need to source products through MDM Express? +
No. You have three options: deliver your goods directly to our warehouse, request a pickup through the platform, or buy from any supplier yourself and ship to our address — from China, Dubai or anywhere else. Sourcing through MDM is optional but recommended: you get verified suppliers, quality inspection and typically 25–35% lower unit costs.
What happens if a customer refuses the order on delivery? +
Returned orders come back to our warehouse at no extra cost. You're only charged for the delivery attempt. Our call center confirmation step is specifically designed to reduce refusals.
Can I sell in multiple countries at the same time? +
Yes. You can activate Libya, Iraq and Lebanon simultaneously from one dashboard. Inventory can be split or pooled across our fulfillment centers depending on your sales volumes.
When exactly do I receive my weekly payout? +
Payouts are processed at the end of each week — Thursday or Monday — and typically arrive in your account within 24 hours. You can see the exact schedule and breakdown in your dashboard before the transfer happens.
Can MDM confirm my orders? +
Yes. MDM has local call centre teams trained to confirm orders, handle objections, and communicate with customers in a way that fits each market — not a generic script.
What happens after an order is confirmed? +
The order is prepared in the warehouse, dispatched for delivery, tracked, followed up, and updated through the system until it is delivered or returned. You see every stage in your dashboard.
How do I track my orders and stock? +
Through the MDM platform you can follow orders, stock levels, delivery status, collected payments, and operational updates — all in one dashboard, without contacting support.
Does MDM handle returns? +
Yes. Returned orders go through a structured return process and are updated in the system, so you can track order status and returned inventory clearly.
