What are the storage fees? +
Storage is billed per pallet or cubic metre per month. Active SKUs that ship regularly get preferential rates — contact us for a tailored quote based on your volume and product mix.
Is there a minimum inventory requirement? +
No hard minimum — but to make the most of the pick-pack SLA we recommend maintaining at least 7 days of projected sales stock at all times.
How do I send inventory to your warehouse? +
You book an inbound shipment through your dashboard, print our routing labels, and ship to the nearest hub. Our receiving team checks in every unit on arrival — usually within 2 hours of delivery.
Can I monitor my stock online? +
Yes. Inventory levels, stock activity, and warehouse movement are all available in real time through the MDM Express platform.
Can I store products sourced outside MDM? +
Yes. You may store products sourced independently, subject to operational requirements. You don't have to source through MDM to use our warehouses.
What happens when an order is confirmed? +
The warehouse team prepares the required products and transfers the order into the fulfillment process — picking, packing, and dispatch — without any action needed from you.
How are returned products handled? +
Returned items are received, inspected, and graded (sellable / QC / damaged), then either restocked, held for review, or flagged for disposal per your instructions. Inventory records update accordingly — all visible in your dashboard.
Can I track inventory movement? +
Yes. The platform provides visibility into stock movement, inventory levels, order allocation, and warehouse activity at unit level.
Is warehousing connected to fulfillment? +
Yes. Warehousing is fully integrated with order confirmation, fulfillment, delivery, and operational reporting — stock moves from storage to dispatch without gaps.
